            As your coach, my goal is to empower you to take control of your health by reconnecting with your body’s innate wisdom. Together, we’ll uncover how to nourish yourself authentically, in a way that supports your mind, body, and spirit.

I approach health and wellness holistically, meaning I consider how all areas of your life are interconnected. By exploring these connections, we can better understand your current health concerns and the underlying factors driving your eating habits and cravings.

As we work together, we’ll identify how the different aspects of your life influence your overall well-being. My aim is to equip you with the tools and knowledge to make lasting, healthier choices—choices that lead to more energy, a better mood, and a happier, healthier you. Ultimately, you’ll become your own guide on this journey toward vibrant health.

 During our time together, we will explore several key concepts:

Integrative Nutrition Plate

This will serve as a guide to help you understand food types and portion sizes, while also including essential elements like plant-based fats and water. Surrounding the plate are lifestyle factors, which, when combined with proper nutrition, will support you on your journey to living your best life!

Primary Food

This refers to the nourishment that comes off the plate—the aspects of life that bring you purpose and fulfillment. These are the things that make you feel inspired, excited, and nurtured. When these areas are in balance, the food on your plate becomes secondary.

Bio-Individuality

Dieting often fails because each of us is unique. What works for one person may not work for another. I will work closely with you to make personalized, strategic changes that align with your specific nutritional needs, lifestyle, preferences, and cultural background.

Crowding Out

Instead of focusing on restrictions, we’ll emphasize adding more nutritious foods to your diet. As you incorporate more of the good, there will naturally be less room for the not-so-good.

Deconstructing Cravings

Cravings are a way for your body to communicate its needs. Rather than ignoring them, we’ll explore what your cravings are truly signaling and how to address them in a healthier way.
